For many photographers, their passion for photography begins as a hobby or a passing interest. However, for some, it becomes a lifelong obsession. Such is the case for many photographers who, like me, picked up their first camera many years ago and never looked back.
In my case, I first started taking photos in 1981 with a Poloroid Instamatic camera and my love for photography has only grown stronger since then. For me, photography is not just a passion, but a beautiful addiction. I am constantly seeking out new subjects to photograph, experimenting with different techniques and equipment, and pushing yourself to improve my skills.
One of the things that draws me to photography is the study of light.I am fascinated by the way light falls on objects and how it can be manipulated to create different moods and effects in my photos.
Whether you are shooting portraits, or still life scenes, I am always thinking about how to capture the light in the most effective and creative way possible.
Over the years, my photography has likely evolved and grown as I have continued to explore this beautiful addiction. I may have upgraded my equipment, tried new styles and genres, and even pursued many professional opportunities. However, no matter how my photography journey has unfolded, the love of capturing the world through my lens has remained a constant in my life.
